Acceptance of terms
Ushered is a product of Ramanujan Technologies LLC ("we", "us"). By using Ushered, you agree to these terms. If you are using it on behalf of a company, you agree on its behalf.
The service
Ushered runs live, voice-led demos of your product for your visitors, using a login you provide. It is delivered on a best-effort basis, and the AI's narration and answers are generated, so review them for your use case.
Your product and credentials
You confirm you have the right to let Ushered access and demo the product you connect. You are responsible for the account you provide and for scoping it to what you want shown. Use sandbox or demo data where you can.
Acceptable use
Do not use Ushered to demo a product you are not authorized to, to mislead the people taking a demo, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Demos and transcripts
We record transcripts of demos so you can review them. You are responsible for telling the people you demo to what is captured, as required where you operate.
Billing
Plans are agreed when you sign up and sized to your demo volume. You can change or cancel; changes take effect at the next cycle unless stated otherwise.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time and revoke the credentials you connected. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ramanujan Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including the content of AI-generated demos.
Governing entity
The service is provided by Ramanujan Technologies LLC. These terms are governed by the laws of the entity's place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
