How your data is handled
Scoped access to your product
You give the guide a dedicated login, scoped to what you want shown, on sandbox or demo data where you have it. Rotate or revoke it any time.
Isolated, encrypted sessions
Every demo runs in its own isolated session, separate from your other data, with traffic encrypted in transit.
Your demos stay yours
Transcripts and account data are yours to export or delete. We never sell them, and we do not use your demos to train models for anyone else.

We take reports seriously and respond fast. If you've found something, tell us and we'll work with you to fix it.
