Ushered is a product of Ramanujan Technologies LLC ("we", "us"), the data controller for the information described here. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the controls you have. It covers our website, the Ushered app, and the live demos the AI runs on your product.
Information we collect
Account details you give us (name, work email, company, billing). The credentials you provide so the guide can sign in to your product, stored encrypted. And demo activity: transcripts of each call, what the AI showed, and basic engagement signals like where a visitor dropped off.
Visitors who take a demo
When someone takes a live demo, we process the audio of the call to run it, and we keep a transcript so you can review the conversation. If a visitor shares contact details, those go to you, the customer running the demo.
How we use it
To run and secure demos, generate transcripts and analytics for you, handle billing, and improve the product. We do not sell your data, and we do not use the contents of your demos to train models for anyone else.
Your product credentials
The login you connect is used only to run demos of your product. It is encrypted, scoped to what you allow, and you can rotate or revoke it at any time.
Data security
Data is encrypted in transit, demo sessions run isolated from each other, and access is limited to the people who need it to operate the service.
Your rights
You can access, export, or delete your account data and demo transcripts at any time. Email us and we will action it promptly.
